For fleet operators

Run every school you serve as one operation.

An operator carries the whole morning: the vehicles, the drivers, several schools with their own bell times and the parents of every child on board. Trayvar puts all of it on one platform, so the plan, the run and the evidence come from the same records.

What operators get

Six things the WhatsApp group and the spreadsheet cannot do.

Routes planned overnight

The optimiser builds tomorrow's routes across every school you serve, with hub or door-to-door pickup, vehicle capacity and bell times built in.

You review and approve in the morning. Runs that would share a driver or a vehicle at the same time are flagged before you approve.

A driver app built for the road

Android, offline-capable and built for 2G. Children tap an NFC card to board, and each pickup is recorded with its time and GPS location.

Drivers mark absences at the stop. A panic button reaches your Live screen at once.

The whole morning on one screen

Live shows every route on the map, every pickup as it is recorded and every route scored as on time, minutes late or not scored.

Children not confirmed aboard are counted, so the gap is closed during the day rather than found afterwards.

Parents informed without the phone calls

WhatsApp messages go out at pickup, when the bus is close and at drop-off. When a route runs late, you send its parents the new time from Live.

Only parents who have agreed receive them, and every message is logged as delivered, not delivered or not sent, with the reason.

A report for each school you serve

The school service report shows one school its own routes and children, under your name, and lists the exceptions rather than every child.

You choose when to send it. Nothing about money appears in it.

The commercial view

Revenue by school and by route, fleet costs and your commercial assumptions sit beside the operations data, in the same platform.

The MarginCOS export takes the same records into a deeper margin analysis.

Each of these is covered stage by stage on the product page.

An operator's morning

From the approved plan to the report each school receives.

05:30

The plan is approved

The night's routes are waiting on the Plan page. The operations manager checks anything flagged and approves the morning, route by route or all at once.

06:00

Drivers start

Each driver opens the app with the route already loaded. It works offline from the first hub and syncs as the signal allows.

06:18

First pickups

Adaeze taps her card at Hub Lekki-A. The pickup appears on Live with its time and place, and her parent receives a WhatsApp message.

07:30

Every route scored

As each route reaches its school, Live scores it against the target time: on time within ten minutes, otherwise the minutes late. Any child not confirmed aboard is listed for the team to resolve.

Month end

Reports go out

The operations report goes to your management team. Each school that contracts you receives its own service report, under your name, when you choose to send it.

Honest fit

Trayvar is built for scheduled school transport.

The same children, on known routes, against bell times, term after term. That is the work the optimiser, the driver app and the reports are designed for, whether you run a handful of buses or a fleet across several cities.

Trayvar is not a ride-hailing or on-demand service, and it is not a general logistics tool. If most of your work is one-off trips, we will tell you so in the first conversation.

If you run a school transport fleet, we should talk.

We will walk through the platform against your fleet, your schools and your bell times.
