Every child taps an NFC card on the driver's phone to board. The pickup is recorded with its time and GPS location, and drivers mark absences at the stop.

- Each route is scored against its target time: on time if it finishes no more than ten minutes after it, otherwise the number of minutes late.
- Children who were scheduled but not confirmed aboard are counted as unconfirmed, so the team closes the gap during the day.
- Every parent message is logged as delivered, not delivered or not sent, with the reason, and the logs appear in the reports.

How do parents track their child's school bus?
Parents get WhatsApp messages from Trayvar when their child is picked up, when the bus is close and when their child is dropped off. They do not need to install an app or watch a map.
Is a GPS tracker enough to know my child is on the bus?
No. A tracker shows where the vehicle is, not who is in it. Trayvar records each child boarding with an NFC tap, with the time and GPS location, and counts any child scheduled but not confirmed aboard.
Does school bus tracking work on 2G?
Yes. The driver app holds the route on the phone, records pickups without a signal and syncs when coverage returns.
